After putting up with the NASTY staff 10 years because I loved Dr Stubbs I refuse to ever step foot in their office again. They over charge and took the credit card out of my hand and charged it unauthorized and made me sign the receipt or refused to give me back my card.

No matter how good Dr Stubbs is she is not worth the abuse from the office staff!!!

f is very unfriendly and rude they are there just so that they can make money out of the patients.there stafOne thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need.

Negative 5 stars. Jack L. Gish performed a root canal on an upper tooth and LEFT IN PART OF THE ROOT! I returned to my regular dentist many months later with pain in the tooth and the infection has spread to my cheekbone. I was sent to an oral surgeon to try to save the tooth to no avail and ~$2500 more spent. So far, I'm in for many more thousand dollars and the removal of part of my cheekbone.
After the experience in the office beginning with the desk staff (I am disabled and unable to climb stairs easily, they made an enormous, irritated fuss, although when I made the appointment I made a point to ask if the office was handicap accessible and to note it on my appointment. Then they put me in a chair with a broken armrest on one side and was nasty when I asked for a towel to prop up that side of my spine--I am legally disabled with spinal injuries severe enough to use a wheelchair most days--however, i did walk into the office that day.) The office staff was rude, combative, and spiteful (not just to me, but other frustrated patients crowded at the desk) and the dentist was insulting and incompetent. He actually did a soft toe dance routine while singing Frank Sinatra waving dental instruments in both hands after he had drilled into the tooth. I was hooked up to nitrous and oxygen and had a hole in my tooth or I would have left then. Somehow waving instruments in the air did not make me think of good hygiene. No one should have to go through what I did. There are also online horror stories of this dentist that are worse that mine. Unfortunately, I had an impacted tooth, was in considerable pain, and my regular dentist had dropped from our dental plan, I did not do the research I should have done.
