I was referred to Dr. Tan office from my specialist foot doctor to see a pain management and I call to make an appointment and the stupid lady that answer said they don't take new patients and I know why because I heard thisddoctor was under investigation and she doesn't want to take new patients in case she gets busted for writing them high dose of percocet. I don't want to be in that mess when the DEA raids that office, so I rather go to a legitimate pain management office.

my Husband was see by Dr Tan in the hospital and was AWESOME!!! She put us at ease with everything...UNFORTUNATELY when we called for an office appointment, we too had a lot of trouble with the person who answered saying, they didnt take our insurance nor do they take cash clients. We are still waiting for a call back from the DR but we are sure she has never gotten the message.

I was referred to this provided by another specialist and would have loved to have successfully made an appointment with them based on what I have heard; howevever, the customer service was absolutely terrible! the receptionist got "disconnected" with me several times, was irritated at the questions i was asking in terms of my records my sent to their facility as my specialist said they had done so twice. she simply told me repeatedly..."i have ever heard of you" and i had a difficult time understanding her at time. when i indicated i was getting frustrated due to the constant "disconnects" as, yes, i do work too, and that i would go somewhere, she simply said "fine, that is up to you" and hung up the phone. Im sure this provider is very good as I have heard, unfortunately, i will not know as i have not even been to walk through the door due to the poor customer service and unwillingness to work with me as i tried to follow the recommendations of my other doctor.

Dr. Tan is wonderful! I have used a few other doctors to manage my pain and she has been the best by far! Don't expect a pill mill if you are visiting her though! She takes pain management very seriously!
I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I liked how easy it was to get an appointment with them. They were able to get me in very quickly.

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

They've mostly been ready to see me at my scheduled appointment time. I've never had to wait more then thirty minutes. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. d. louise

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
