I love Dr. Habib and she is an amazing doctor to my children. I first went to her office several years ago and was rather frustrated with the level of care my son had been receiving. He had been chronically sick for almost a year with a cought, runny nose, and general malaise. My other doctors had brushed off all of my concerns telling my that all of the symptoms were related to putting him in a childcare center over a year ago. Dr. Habib got me in the day that I called her to make an appointment, listened to all of my concerns, and sent my son for lab test and facial radiographs. Low and behold, he had pertussis (Whooping cough) and enlargement of the adenoids. We treated him for the cough and then several months later he had his adenoids removed after seeing an ENT doctor that Dr. Habib had referred him to. He has only had a minor cold in the last three years after seeing Dr. Habib. Once again, I love that she actually listens to your concerns and addresses questions and problems immediately. She always gets you in right away if you have a sick child and I have never waited in her office for more than 5 minutes. Amazing doctor and woman!!! Highly recommended.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been going there for years.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

This review system actually generated a complete paragraph based on my answers, which is hilarious but doesn't really get the idea across about how great Dr. Habib is. She seems to genuinely love and care for each of her patients, and affectionately refers to my little one as "her daughter". I have a baby, and instead of keeping her in the waiting room where she could potentially catch a cold from other patients, we were instead escorted to our own examination room to wait. Everyone, the doctor and nurse and even the intern guy, started singing to the baby while she received her shots so she would be distracted instead of traumatized. Also I'm sort of dumb and have had to call in for immunization records and to sort out insurance information dozens of times, but the staff is only ever friendly and patient with me. The forms are always ready and waiting when I go pick them up. All in all we've only ever had pleasant, non-stressful visits, and my baby really seems to love going there!

She is extremely personal. She listens to everything you say, and asks every question under the sun about your child's health and history. I love that in her practice, she is the doctor you will see every time. She puts the child first, making sure to make them feel as comfortable as possible during their visit. She is flexible with her scheduling and also contacts you right away with any and all tests results from a previous appointment. No waiting or wondering. My favorite thing about her is, if you the parent are concerned about somthing, she is concerned. She does not shove idle concerns aside or just simply say, "just drink water and give her tylenol" like other pediatricians. I highly recommend her to anyone for her perfection in being personal and caring to the patient and parent. And mind you, this is only after one visit! She is absolutely wondering and look forward to many years with her as my child's pediatrician.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
