It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The gal at the front desk is incredibly rude!!! I had to wait an hour after I arrived for my appointment and I was on time for my appointmenet. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. I am pissed off they dismissed my concerns, I knew that my situation needed attention. I left with unanwered questions and now can't get thru as their number is busy ALL the time

Sakellarides exacerbated the tinnitus in my right ear ten-fold by using an extremely loud suction device to remove ear wax knowing full-well that I had tinnitus in that ear. When I talked to him about my tinnitus now being much, much worse as a result of the loud suction device he arrogantly dismissed my concerns and flatly told me that the suction device did not worsen my tinnitus and that I should go the Mayo Clinic web site to "inform myself" about tinnitus completely discounting the fact that I had been living with the affliction for over eleven years and knew quite a lot about it. Ironically, the Mayo Clinic web site that he directed me to clearly says, "Avoid possible irritants. Reduce your exposure to things that may make your tinnitus worse. Common examples include loud noises and nicotine." All other web sites about tinnitus also say that same thing about loud noise worsening the condition. How could this guy not know that ??? I went into this guy's office with a sore throat and walked out with permanent hearing damage. Avoid this guy at all cost !!!
