I read a review and had to respond dont usually make reviews but this guy mad me soooo.... made: the way he talked about the best dr I know . Dr. Bazo has the best bed side manner ever and i know he is very skeptical of pts. TheirIn pain trying to get narcotics . He must have had some reason to be suspicious. TheirI cannot say enough good amazing things about this man. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. They definitely care about patient comfort because this doctor has the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

The staff & physicians - WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ALBERT BAZO, MD - and support staff at Urgent Care Center of SW Florida in Cape Coral are caring, empathetic professionals. It is my opinion that Dr Bazo retire. He is out of touch with "modern" medical practices & procedures. However, more - and most - important is his lack of empathy. He fails to know his patient, e.g., he doesn't refer to patient's chart (in my experience); and, he lacks the requisite "bedside manner" - and by that, I mean to say that he lacks basic kindness. He does not listen with an open or caring ear. Not a good diagnostician, not a good communicator ... and, frankly, my experience with Dr Bazo was so unsatisfactory & unpleasant, that I think/feel that he's not a good human being. In no way is Dr Bazo representative of a decent or acceptable member of the medical community - here in SW Florida - or anywhere. Perhaps he was at one time a mediocre-at-best physician. Perhaps. But, if he ever were, he is no longer. My experience with him involved severe pain (my own)! He assumed my intention for seeking help was in order to obtain narcotic medicine(s). If he'd taken the time to read both my chart AND my written description of my presenting complaint (written at the time of my visit), he'd have seen & known that I don't tolerate narcotics for pain. Rather, I was hoping he'd have administered an injection of a corticoid medication, which would have enabled me to be relieved of pain & able to carry on with my busy work schedule until I'd be able to see a specialist. I'd received such an injection at SW Cape Coral's facility - where Dr Bazo practices - in the recent past and had much relief (seen, evaluated, treated with empathy & respect by another physician in the group). Dr Bazo is a liability to the practice - and, in my opinion - to the medical profession itself. I left him feeling much worse than I felt upon my arrival at Urgent Care Center of SW Florida in Cape Coral, because of Dr Bazo's uneducated opinions & most disrespectful manner with me. Again, perhaps it's time for this most unpleasant man to take his leave from the profession - before the legal system hastens his exit.
