This medical establishment leaves much to be desired. The doctor does not entertain questions well - especially if you don't accept his shallow, pat, SHALLOW answers. Don't ask him to think too hard, or devise a plan or strategy because he is either too lazy to do so or is completely incapable of such. I believe that a patient has to BE a responsible patient by understanding as much about his/her condition as possible and work hand in hand with the physician in an attempt to achieve the best possible outcome. However, it seems [to me] that Dr. Miller is threatened by patient questions - especially questions whose answers require some actual thought, reflection, effort on his part - he just won't (can't?) do it.
