Dr. Novak is top of the line. I saw him years ago for parathryoid surgery. He has a wonderful bedside manner, explained the procedure to me beforehand, I had many tests and everyone I spoke with in the hospital said he was the best! He was always available to speak with me and I would highly recommend Dr. Novak.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They're almost always able to answer my questions over the phone, and they always know the answer right away. I never have to worry about driving down there and wasting gas for an appointment, just to get my question answered. They always return my phone calls right away. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
