They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Especially the receptionist with curly hair! The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff denied pain medication for my mastitis. I was completely ignored by Ann about my mastitis, which grow into an abscess and made my breast rapture! I went to an emergency room in saint petersburg, they sent Dr. Leichter the report. Only then was Dr. Leichter aware of it. After that last appointment he told me I didn't need to come see him anymore, probably because he neglected me.

I had my daughter with Dr Leichter 5 years ago(c-section) and he did an absolutely wonderful job! Yes he is quick with visits, but its only because he has many other patients to tend to. He was gentle with monthly exams and as a matter of fact I may be pregnant again so I made an appointment with him to find out. If i am in fact pregnant(which i think i am), he will be my OBGYN for this child. Maybe the reviewers above were so negative because they were hormonal or just didnt understand Dr Leichter's way of doing things, but me and my husband were quite impressed.

Not at all; cheap and plastic

No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Doctor doesn't take the time to ask how you're doing or if you have any questions. Does not do thorough exams at end of pregnancy. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else or had I had insurance.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I am sure that legally they were not allowed to give me medical advice..
