Dr. K is brisk, but does repeat things until you understand. She shows great concern for my mother-in-law's health and well-being. I think she is very thorough and forward-looking.

All this Doctor cares about is her wallet. I was overcharged for my very first visit in April before my insurance was even billed. My insurance covered everything and I still have not received my refund, we are now almost into July. When I called about this issue her receptionist informed me the doctor handles and processes her own billing. WHO DOES THAT???!! A greedy doctor that’s who. The receptionist was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. I actually drove down there minutes later to confront the doctor in person about what had taken place. The doctor took no action and defended the receptionist. She also informed me she had used an ICD Code that was different from the normal to insure she would be paid for my previous visit even though she charged me $100 before even billing my insurance. She said she did this so she wouldn’t be “Ripped Off”. This is what she said to me. Unreal. I informed her she would most certainly continue losing new patients with this nonsensical behavior between her and her incompetent receptionist. Horrible Horrible service. I will advise anyone to stay clear of this facility. Her husband also has a second office in Port Charlotte. I wouldn’t give them any business there either if I were you. They are in the business of greed not in patient care.
