Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I felt worse when I left. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. . They recommended an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need.

I have seen Dr. Bobier for years. He is a great dentist with a gentle and caring demenor. His dental team seems to rotate out quite often, but typically they are well trained and friendly. The exception is the young lady who is the receptionist / bookkeeper. She is curt and uninformed. Long story, but I will just say that I could not get through the receptionist to make an appointment to discuss an ongoing dental concern with the doctor. The encounter was so uncomfortable that I have decided to stop seeing Dr. Bobier because I refuse to deal with her. I have asked twice to transfer my records to another dentist and my requests have been ignored. Wow...why would a professional employ someone that runs off a loyal customer (with insurance). My money and my needs will be better served elsewhere. Good dentist, poor employee at the front desk.
