I have been seeing Dr. John Wilson since 2007 when he was at NASA. I followed him to PRMC and now I’m waiting to see him in his private practice. He was not fired from PRMC he resigned. I saw him on 2/2/22 one week before his last day and he promised me we would be able to find him once he established his private practice in Naples. I have received so many phone calls from his former patients who are trying to locate him so Dr. Wilson if your seeing this please get in touch with me so I can provide you with the names and phone numbers of patients that are trying to reach you and see you. Liked the doctor but don't like the telephone system, can't seam to be able to speak to a nurse or an assistant just a general receptionist that will forward info to dr's office also no call back as promised . been waiting for a replacement medication for 2 weeks.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

After being under his care monthly for 3+ years for chronic neck, thorasaic, and post laminectomy syndrome I receive a letter he is no longer practicing pain management. My next appointment was to be the week following, on Wednesday, from receiving the letter on a Friday, only to be called on Monday and told it is being cancelled. There is no heart there what so ever! Talk about being kicked to the curb!!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. This so called Doctor promised to write a letter for me. I had to make 25+ calls with no return call. then 7 weeks later they finally call and tell me that the "doctor" is not writing letters. This guy should not be a doctor. Do your self a favor find a real doctor. they also cancel appts. many times.
