Dr. Hotchkiss and his PA did not listen to my complaints and kept acting as if I were making up my symptoms. After my husbands insistence, he put me on a halter moniter and found I needed a medical device which he implanted. I went back after a few days to his office and let the nurse know I thought the incision might be infected. She had someone else look at it and she said it wasn't. Even in my office visit with him, he and his PA still had a bad attitude and said nothing was wrong. I happened to get a call from a Dr. I had been waiting to get a second opinion from the beginning. An appt. was made and I went to see the new Dr. He saw the device wasn't working properly and I had a bad infection (which I knew) It was so sore and weeping. He had me go immediately to the hospital, had to have the device removed and reimplanted a new device as well as a different type of device and had to be on intravenous antibiotic for months. I would not recommend Dr. Hotchkiss at all.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

No; the equipment needs to be updated
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
