When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I was completely dissatisfied with my "treatment" by Dr. Dupay, which consisted of giving me a brace for my finger on the first visit, and then taking an x-ray of my finger on each successive visit but nothing else. When I asked whether he thought I had a lingering infection going on in my finger, he took a swab and forcibly dug it into my finger without any explanation of what he was about to do or warning that it would hurt--a LOT! When he decided I was ready to be discharged even though I was still experiencing pain and lack of motion in my finger, he gave me a lecture about his own finger injury in his younger days and that I should be glad with the limited range of motion I had. My recommendation would be to stay away from this guy... he did nothing to truly help my broken finger heal at all.

I would never again trust this doctor to give a diagnosis or perform surgery again. He basically ignored a serious shoulder injury for 3 months and when we went to a specialist he immediately ordered shoulder repair. He performed hand surgery improperly, secured the hand in an improper position and waited two months to start therapy that caused adhesions to occur. After seeing a hand specialist, he performed surgery and corrected Dr. DuPays improper surgery including removing a portion of one of the bone plates and a screw that was protruding into the knuckle and the plate also had a sharp edge that was protruding into the knuckle.
Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion! See a specialist before allowing this Dr. to perform any surgery!!!

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, I had to pay for parking!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
