Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. She took very good care of me and was interested and wanted to know more about me. I felt so comfortable I felt like , even though it was my first time there I felt as if she didn't want to miss a single step.in the end even though I was in a hurry and in distress, she stayed calm. The best thing that she did was get close to my heart, and that is where I want my doctor to stay. Thank you Doctor Smart.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
