Dr Padgett did my carpal tunnel surgery. I was impressed because he said 'I don't do those surgeries anymore'. He is more into the more serious injuries or accidents. But after hearing my tale of hurt. He said OK.
I was so relieved. I had heard good things about him. He was very good, thorough, patient and kind. Did an awesome job on the wrist. NO scar! Can't even tell I had the surgery. Wonderful DR.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
