I have been to more Doctors than I can count with my health as It Is and this Doctor Is the best there Is.I have never had a Doctor more concerned about his patients than Doctor Mondello.He spends as much time as YOU need to make sure everything Is covered and you are happy and he has answered all of your questions.When you see him smile you know he cares and he has helped me through some pretty bad times and really knows what he Is doing.He IS the best at what he does.Thank You Doc

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Just a few concerns I wanted to share with you. First, being told by your nurse that "Obama" had changed the law as of August 1st, concerning my refill of Ambien, and that I would have to make a visit EVERY month for any refills, is incorrect and inflammatory. Then being told by your nurse practioner that was "Doc's" rule, because "so many doctors are going to jail for writing prescriptions", is a little worrisome. Being a nurse for 30+ years, I have NEVER known a physician going to jail for such a thing, as long as he was doing it ethically. Also, same nurse practioner, Donna, with formulary in her hand (that I had marked and handed her)STILL managed to prescribe the non-formulary medication. I don't feel that coming every month is needed, I am a healthy person and believe such a practice for such is what is driving up the costs of insurance, medicare, etc. I thought you were terrrific, Dr. Mondello, your staff is a little unprofessional, very nice, but not too sharp. I will, of course, being changing M.D.s.
