He was very stern and arrogant and didn't show empathy for my situation. The office was very easy to locate. The staff made errors when entering data into my records and could not correct it. The Doctor said he did not need to refer me to a specialist but he did not order any tests for my breathing and lungs to see what I would need. I stayed humble and calm while with him, explaining everything I could as patiently as possible while he was very irritated with me and impatient.
