They are ALWAYS very busy in the front office. They are so very busy it takes an unnessary long time to get checked in. The Doc has a pretty good bedside maner and was thorough. However.... It takes even longer to check out pay copay, pick up prescriptions/instructions and schedule the next visit. Not impressed with the front of the house. VERY disorganized. We changed Docs.
