in my 20 or so years Dr. Joel has kept me healthy. He has always been there when i needed him. his son Dr. Adam is also available and is a great doctor. Everyone that i met over the years has been more than just helpful. arthur j.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I HAVE ONLY BEEN THERE 3 TIMES OVER THE LAST YEAR, SO...NO EXPECTATIONS TO RECALL MY NAME

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
