Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?

I went in yesterday as a new patient, never having been there before. I was experiencing what I thought was a cracked tooth. I ended up with a root canal (first ever), and was quite pleased with the process and their demonstrated skill. I felt no pain whatsoever during the procedure, was quite thoroughly informed along the way, and even reassured of the necessity of the procedure by two of the dentists, who were quite pleasant, informative, and even cheerful. Thank you for making this otherwise dreaded procedure one of my pleasant memories! I will highly recommend you to others! (Thank you, too, billing dept., for pleasantly discussing my payment options in the manner you did!)

That was yesterday. Today? I'm in no pain whatsoever - even after testing my hot/cold sensitivities with hot coffee and brushing my teeth (with cold water!)! I'm very pleased!
