Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Dr Agrawal is "lacking in personality and warmth", but seems to know his profession well and since I am there for my health and NOT to be his best buddy, I can deal with it.
