Dr. Little is a wonderful dentist who listens to his patients. He cares about the patients comfort during procedures, and does not procede until the patient is ready. Our daughter had a dental emergency on a Saturday night and he didn't hesitate to meet us at the office to take care of it. At the time, he wasn't even her regular dentist - but he is now. My daughter felt so comfortable with him that she requested to switch from her regular pediatric dentist.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

No, they never pressured me

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Extremely Friendly

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not really, it wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience
