They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I saw a nurse practitioner and not the doctor himself.

My family has been going to this doctor for over 10 years. We have watched the office and doctor change over the years from a small office that seemed to care, to a patient mill pushing patients through fast without following up on the sickest patients. The focus now is on making money not providing good care and giving the patient the sense of continuity of care. The PCP is suppose to be the quaterback of a patients care team. You don't find that with Dr. Cromer. It's very sad that after all these years, when we need "our" doctor the most he is too busy. It's usually the office staff that causes problems for a medical practice. In this case it is the Dr. Cromer and Kelly Dunn. They don't provide the level of care they bill for. If a problem arises and a patient needs to speak to the doctor, even during office hours, the doctor does not call back. He has an assistant call that does not have the ability to explain or answer questions. And even if you ask to please speak to the doctor or PA, they don't call back. I am so sad and disappointed to have to find another doctor after all these years.
