Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

The level of care, efficiency and courtesy at Dr. Gilbert's clinic were exceptional. This, my third colonoscopy and my first at Dr. Gilbert's clinic,
was by far, the easiest and least stressful of the three that I have had.
He, surely has my repeat business.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
