After one year, I'm still at the starting line. The doctor informs the staff to makes appointments, but the staff does not follow-up. The doctor trends to perform the same procedures over and over again without results. Waiting times can be long. usually 30 minutes, and an additional 30 to 60 minutes once they walk you in to the second waiting room.

Dr Baines is extremely knowledgeable about allergies! I have quite a few and thanks to the daily drops she mixes for me I rarely get sick, can tolerate being around cats, and enjoy a better quality of life. The other benefit of the drops are that I don't have to go the the office all the time for shots. That saves me money and time!

The doctor paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Her staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The doctor's recommendations brought almost immediate relief to the symptoms I was experiencing and I had minimal trouble finding the over the counter products she suggested I use long term.The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back if another situation arises that a vist to an ENT is in order. For a doctor visit, it was a good experience.
