Almost the entire time I was there, I felt very ignored. They didn't want to listen to any of my input or address any of my concerns. They weren't very careful during my appointment, and I ended up being in a lot of pain that I know could have been avoided. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Dr. Rott has a penchant for foul language which I did not appreciate.
