I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
