I was left in the appointment room by myself very briefly, but they eventually returned. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. They dress professionally and the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a professional appearance. I was impressed that they answered each and every question I had in-depth. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
