Dr. Pacholec's office is more than a weight loss center. Months before I went to Dr. Pacholec, I went to my primary doctor for general health because I could not lose weight and my stress levels were high. He told me to diet and exercise. I started a diet & fitness routine and got worse. My brother suggested I go see Dr. Pacholec. She discovered that my thyroid was SEVERELY malfunctioning and within days of treatment I felt much better. Within weeks, I had visible weight loss and her holistic solutions even eliminated my dependence on over the counter allergy medicine. As far as I am concerned, she is my primary doctor.

Dr. Pacholec is extremely knowledgeable about weight loss, hormone replacement therapy and preventative medicine. She stays abreast of the most current treatments for weight loss and women's health. In addition, she is always generally concerned about the patient's overall well-being. I have been a patient for many years, and continue to appreciate her non-judgmental attitude towards her obese patients as well as her holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle. Not only does she provide her patients with choices and an individualized plan of care, but she also provides them with in-person support and other resources such as educational materials and supplements.

I have been a patient of Dr Pacholec's for more than 10 years, for weight loss and healthy living. I can honestly say that I have never been happier with a doctor or more confident of the level of care I receive.

Dr Pacholec is an excellent physician, she provides truthful answers and realistic goals based on the needs of the patient.

Dr Pacholec is a true professional and the office staff reflects her commitment to the highest standards. Each patient is welcomed, given personal attention, and made a priority.

I highly recommend Dr Pacholec to anyone seeking help with weight loss. The results will "positively" change your life!

I find Dr. P to be very professional, knowledgeable about weight loss,
what works, what doesn't and why. She always makes me feel at home and comfortable and encourages you must do the work to lose the weight and it will come off. The staff is always pleasant and you do not have to wait, also it is easy to make appointments. I must drive a bit, but she is worth it because she actually takes the time and listens. In 8 months I have lost 35 lbs and kept it off. At 46 years old and with exercise limitations, this is not easy, but doable and I will reach my goal with my 1200 cal/day lifestyle change, I was eating and drinking way too much, I went from a size 10-12 to a size 16, now I am back in a 12 and I feel so much better, I am no longer out of breath, my back is better and I have more energy, Thanks Dr. P
