This survey is beyond stupid! This office charged me more than $1000 in fees that by law they were not allowed to charge.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
