They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Unfortunately they are no longer practicing at this address and files have been transferred to another healthcare provider.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.
