Dr Richard is a hoot. He actually spends time with his patients and listens to what they have to say. He is brutally honest and sincere. I feel like Im having a conversation with a good friend.

Had a issue with a medication this weekend and I contacted the office number. I left a message for a return call. Dr Richards manager Janet returned my call and assisted me. I was impressed with her concern to make sure my issue was addressed and taken care of with the pharmacy
This was done all after hours on a weekend. I even got a return call making sure I was okay. She is very straight forward and will get things done. Would recommend Dr Richard 100 percent.

Doctor Richard is a wonderful Doctor. However his Office Manager Janet Ruiz is a snot! Unknowing, uneducated person Should NOT be in the medical field! Is running his practice into the ground.
If you want a good doctor you have found him. If you want your records screwed up - you found Janet. Incompitant rude individual. She should be a guard at the state prison.

Just waited 2.5 hours past my appointment time to have the receptionist tell me to sit down like I was a second grader in the reception area.... "wellness doctor". If you have a real medical issue please find another doctor
