Dr. Jacobs is a lousy doctor who does not have a proper plan to care for patients with cognitive issues. He treated my dad and did not follow the required pre or follow up care after a procedure. My dad spent a week in the hospital because he got ecoli after this procedure. Dr. Jacobs refused to call the family back to answer questions. He instead had Lori Geller office manager call - this must be who everyone is talkiing about. She is extremely unprofessional, calling Saturday morning to yell at me for trying to get answers about my father's care. What a nightmare!! There are PLENTY of other urologist - why bother with this one with a horrible office staff. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!

Dr Jacobs saved my life!!

I was diagnosis in 2002 with bladder cancer not knowing what to do or turn to during the worst news of my life
Dr Jacobs was my guiding light through these troubling times always being there to answer any of my questions day or night or weekends

Once I exhausted all known treatments Dr Jacobs recommended to me Dr Stein at the time the best surgeon in the World for my procedure which was a new bladder made from my intestines called a neo bladder

I have never had to cauterize myself since recieving my new bladder

I would highly recommend to anyone or family member needing a urologist that Dr Jacobs is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, listeners for urology care

Dr Jacobs also kept my father alive after multiple surgeries for bladder cancer from age 88 until 93 years old he died of different causes

Dr Jacobs was negligent in treating my cancer. It has caused me a lot of pain and suffering. I do not recommend this Urologist.
