Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. the doctor could have used a refresher course in his bedside manner and some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods as his 2 or 3 questions are always the same. a physical is taking my blood pressure, listening to my heart and lungs, then he ask if i need any new medications and then has my blood drawn for testing. that is it! 2 of my neighbors agree that is what he does for them. all 3 of us have repeatedly complained about the rude and obnoxious nasty behavior of one his staff. so he fired one of his senior staff members that was a target had to take the cruel abuse in front of patients. I can get an appointment usually right away. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, and not the best by any means. there is a new PA on board now and hope is alive again.

I began seeing doctor Gilbert when I was 28 years old now 44. I am always completely at ease during my appointment here. I am always seen right away and never have to wait more than 5 minutes before I am brought into an examining room. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff the same friendly faces since the first day I came into the office. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. I don't even have to go elsewhere to get my lab work and he calls me personally and lets me know whether things are good or bad. I love the new office because its a stand alone building, cozy, comfortable and they even have their own pharmacy on site. I live 10 miles from him but I would drive an hour to visit. Again I am a Patient for LIFE

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics.
