I don't know if this doctor knows how bad his staff are handling the phones. Yesterday I spent all morning trying to call to make An appointment. When I dialed 2 per instructions I would get disconnected. Once I got an answer and was told to hold and I held forever and no one ever came back to the phone so I hung up. Then I tried dialing 3 and the lady transferred me but no one answered. Bottom line I could not make an appointment as hard as I tried. It was very frustrating.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day, to see me as a last minute patient. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
