Worst experience i have ever had from a medical professional in my entire life. I had an endoscopy dobe by doctor shankar over 6 months ago and he still has not contacted me with the results. I have actively tried to get an appt with the dr for the past 4 months and when i call i keep getting referred to an answering service that tells me someone will call me back and no one ever does.i finally got my primary care dr to get an appointnent for me and then dt shankars office call me 3 days before the appt and cancel the appt. I explain the urgency of my situation and the dras assistant responds by saying.... well i dont know what to tell you the dr isnt available. If you care about your health and the health of your family this drs office is to be avoided completely.

I first met Dr. Shankar while I was sick in the hospital. He did everything possible, in a timely manner, to diagnose my problems and treat me immediately. He took the time, in a very respectful manner, to speak to my daughter, long distance, regarding me and my treatment? I continue to see him and he made sure he always look at my overall health each and every time and advise me accordingly. His staff is very friendly and surprised when one of them, whom I did not recognized, hugged me in a crowd, informing me she works with Dr. Shankar. Very happy he is my doctor and would not change him for anyone else.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I wasn't too impressed with their office equipment. It was old and needed an update.

First met Dr.Shankar in 1997 when I had a bleeding ulcer and have been his patient ever since. A wonderful Doctor, I highly recommend him.
