Very disappointed and unpleasant visit. Extremely unprofessional staff, it's like visiting a third world practice. The front desk staff let me wait for more than 2 hours and the individual that takes your vitals was very unprofessional and rude. Embarrassing visit.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated.

When I had to have an abortion, my friends said Dr. Benjamin was the only one to go to. They were right. He is so caring, compassionate and professional. His staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience much easier to deal with. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
