Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
