Great Dr. Best ENT in town. H e was able to help me with a nose cist removal from the inside instead of an outside incision; others including Plastic Surgeons wanted to leave me with a mark on my face.

Dr. Kronberg is very kind, patient, and really tries to accommodate his patients. However, the way the office is run is very inefficient.

What initially upset me was the fact that on the phone I made an appointment and was told to arrive at one location. I arrived at that location 15 min early only to be told that he actually isn't at that location, but instead at another one in the opposite direction.

No one cared.

I filled my forms out online in hopes that it would speed the process up. Kind of did, but still waited 2 hours to see the doctor. Most of my doctors have wait times of 30 minutes or less, and still are able to spend time with patients who have a lot of questions. If you know this specialty requires extra time, don't schedule patients so close together.

It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. However, Dr. Kronberg is worth the wait.
