I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. All the equipment at this office seems a little old and outdated. It's usable, but just barely.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time.
