Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Yes, they made me feel very uncomfortable and stupid
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
