I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. The office was easy enough to find. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
