Dr. Zisman is the best doctor for Diabetes I have ever been to. He is very knowledgeable and takes a great approach as to how to manage your diabetes. He is always there to answer your questions and truly cares about the health of his patients.

Excellent experience. Dr. Zisman was very competent, patient, caring and efficient.
The staff is very well organized - the wait time was about 3 minutes! Highly recommend.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. One receptionist was downright rude (to the point that I had to complain), the others were nice enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They seemed to be too busy to give me alot of attention. There were often long waits in the reception room. The weight loss program was good, but expensive. I had to do a lot of work myself; don't expect any miracles. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Follow up program would have been helpful to me but it is expensive.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
