Dr.Shettino is very friendly and took time to answer all the questions. Major concern is their appointments are very badly managed. Minimum of 60 minutes wait time every visit before seeing the doctor

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back.

The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
