Very elderly smug and nonsympthatic doctor. He thinks he knows everything but can't properly explain anything sending patients to pain clinics when the prognosis isn't from a textbook.

First hand witness inside a hospital room I've seen Harold H Rosen do very distasteful harmful things to a patient under sedation, intentional, long lasting and in my opinion, very criminal. Harold Rosen lies. If you dig deep enough you should be able to find some dirt. Check lawsuits and criminal records on any doctor. Just because someone gets away with illegal activities does not make them innocent. Many people are too afraid to come forward or rather not get involved. Take my opinion seriously and look elsewhere.
