Avoid this place like the plague it is! After waiting in the waiting area for 55 minutes and another 25 minutes in the actual room with my son just to get a vaccine for school, I was YELLED at quite loudly because I had to get back to work & was told I shouldn't make an appointment if I couldn't stay until they could see me. The staff was so rude another patient actually followed me out to the parking lot and apologized that I had to endure that. The next day, I received a letter kicking me out of the practice for "differences in philosophies of medical care". Well, that is an understatement. I think doctors should only make appointments they can keep! If you don't think you should be walked all over and treated like crap, don't go here. I also saw two separate HIPPA violations just sitting in the waiting room- watch your privacy here.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
