Pros: Everybody (treatment coordinator, receptionists, dental assistants, dentists, etc) is pleasant and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable, neat, orderly, and clean--they even provide coffee and hot water for tea or whatever! The equipment (x-ray machine, dental tools, etc) seems very modern, state-of-the-art. One of the dentists calls patients after-hours to see how they are doing after treatments.

Cons: All my treatments (gum irrigation, several crowns for some of my teeth, and at least 2 root canals) amounted to $5,000.00--even with insurance! Good thing my mom (from out of town) came with me for my latest appointment with this provider and asked for a copy of the list of treatments and their costs--which they gave us, but it wasn't the right paper. I should have asked for a copy of the treatments and costs when I first saw this provider, but I didn't--and they didn't provide a copy, either. I had a problem tooth (my top right side)--sensitivity, giving me toothaches, and it was cracked and falling apart. They keep talking about extracting this tooth, but they also say they want to save this tooth and give me a crown for it. For this problem tooth, they did a would-be root canal. It wasn't really a root canal--and after this procedure, I developed an abscess and infection, which needed to be treated with antibiotics. I was told by this provider to call them when I was finished with the antibiotics, which I did. The receptionist did NOT schedule an appointment with me to see the dentist while I was on the phone telling them about finishing the antibiotics. They simply acknowledged me being done with the antibiotics and hung up! I waited for THEM to contact ME for an appointment, but I had to contact THEM--2 or 3 months later. I believe it was because part of my problem tooth broke off when I ate something. Again, they mentioned extracting my problem tooth--but they also mentioned saving it. I was told that this problem tooth was still infected--so I was prescribed more antibiotics. This time, I was referred to an endodontist. I went to the endodontist, and he recommended that this problem tooth be extracted--no way it could be saved. The appointment with the endodontist was back in March of this year. By this time I had finished the (2nd round) of antibiotics. I went back to the provider for a scheduled appointment (in May)--they keep mentioning extracting my problem tooth, but they don't work on it. They gave me a couple of crowns, instead. I was scheduled for another appointment with this provider later on this month (it is now June). Here it is now late June--I thought I could wait to see this provider next week for the scheduled appointment, but I couldn't. Guess what? Just this week, I noticed my problem tooth was hurting whenever I ate something. This was on Monday. I looked in the mirror to check out my problem tooth, and lo and behold, another abscess! The next day, Tuesday, I was eating some fresh vegetables, and the rest of my problem tooth broke off! The following day, Wednesday, I started to not feel so well. I took my temperature--it was between 99 and 100 degrees. I stayed home from work Thursday and called the provider to see if I could get in. I couldn't wait till next week--I had to take care of this NOW! This provider saw me Thursday, and I was prescribed more antibiotics (3rd round). NOW they want to extract this problem tooth the next day (Friday--which was yesterday). I was scheduled to have the problem tooth extracted by this provider yesterday, but my mom contacted the endodontist that I saw back in March, and she told me that the endodontist's office recommend that I see an oral surgeon, which I did. The oral surgeon extracted my problem tooth--he did a very good job.

This provider did irrigate my gums and gave me some crowns, which I appreciate. But they did a very lousy job with the tooth I was actually having problems with! I HOPE I can get somehow financially compensated for work that WASN'T done and for that botched-up, would-be "root canal". $5,000.00?? That's ridiculous!!

After being a patient here in the past and then returning; I remember why I quit going here! Poor customer service and even for the most obvious problems you are force to go through a series of rediculous steps just to have treatment! The doctor doing the consulting thinks he himself is GOD and preaches in a condescending tone complete with bible passages. It turned my stomach to be assaulted verbally with religious sentiment. I don't know how they retain patients with confusing billing, let alone the patient has no voice in their own treatment. I have tried multiple times to return to the facility because my family records are there, but the staff has an apathetic lazy attitude. I have left there completely disgusted because they didn't properly sedate my child and put her through agony while making me wait in the lobby (I wonder why) and in an emergency situation where a cap went missing we were told it would take a week to have a solution, unless we paid $700 for an extremely temporary fix. It sickens me that the professionalism and help is not available at this office. They care only about money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away! I'd give negative stars if possible.
