Awful experience. I needed a refill for my maintenance prescriptions. I'm avoiding doctor's offices and medical facilities as well as other places that may put me at a higher risk of being exposed to Covid-19. They declined to do so because it had been more than 6 months from my last appointment. Their robotic response offered no options. No consideration for current customers (patients). Very bad!!! Avoid this practice since they have no accountability and just give you attitude over the phone.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
