They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Somewhat shady feeling operation (musty/oldish furnishings and building), doc has limited to no staff and answers her own phones. I have no idea if Dr. Brody herself is actually any good as a doctor, since I think only someone else with medical training could evaluate a doctor. But she encourages the purchase of additional cosmetic treatments and mentions "problem areas" that you weren't even worried about before the visit. This made me feel bad about my appearance although I am a fairly attractive woman. And of course made me think that I needed additional injections, which would line her pockets. All that being said, not a horrible place to get what I think are cheaper botox injections ($10 per unit).

My main concern was the dishonesty and pressure to buy expensive cosmetic treatments. My first visit I only had schlerotherapy on spider veins in my legs. I overlooked that she told me a treatment would clear up a spot and my knee and it didn't- I figured everyone makes mistakes. The second visit she tried to tell me the tiny moles on my neck were sun damage. When I told her what they were she corrected herself but then tried to tell me I had a lot of sun damage. I've been to a dermatologist many times and was told I had very little sun damage and that it was surprising since I grew up in Florida. Then she told me a light treatment would rid my forehead of keratoses. When it was evident that it made NO change she amended that to- Well, they'll get a little lighter each time. She put filler in my laugh lines and told me I wouldn't be used to seeing them filled in. I saw NO change, but when I got home I felt the area. No filler was in the line but was a raised hard area next to it. When I called her office concerned about the lumpiness next to the line and wondered if it would go down soon, she told me out of the blue that my face had badly fallen. I wasn't complaining about my face- which is just fine thank you. (I just love it when someone charges me over a thousand for treatments then insults my facial appearance). My assessment is that she wanted me to feel that my appearance was poor and that I desperately needed her services. Pure greed. People who are good at this go out of their way to not be insulting and they never promise more than can be delivered. Also, insulting my appearance rather than just telling me how long the lumpy area would take to go down was uncalled for. I would advise anyone to stay away from Dr. Brody.
