Apparently, this doctor has a very bad reputation among the local Filipino community. Everytime my mom would go there for a check-up, his staff would sign her up for unnecessary services and then bill Medicare. It is quite obvious that they also get kick-backs from the companies they refer patients to (physical therapists, pharmacies, etc.). Recently I had a problem with my mother's prescriptions and called to rectify the issue. Mela, the office manager, started arguing with me over the phone and basically told me that it was MY fault for not going to the doctor with my mom! (If I had known that my mom was in danger of being scammed at the doctor's office, then, yeah, I would have gone with her.) I was really amazed at how unprofessional this woman was acting over something that should have taken 5 minutes to resolve. In addition, when I spoke to my mom about her visits, I found out that they never even checked her blood pressure or pulse rate. She'd just go there and they'd ASK her how she was feeling and how her week was going! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

I had to wait for a little while.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, just a basic listings page
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
